Dependency failed to start(How can we fix this problem)

The dependency service failed to start:
Resolving this problem is very simple and can be done in only 3-4 steps.Just follow these steps:

• First go to Run. 
• 
• Then type msconfig.
• 
• In the dialogue box that appeared select normal startup and Restart

And you're done.....
