This can be done without installing any softwares too. Just follow these steps:
Step 1 :Go to star menu and select run.
Step 2:In the box type temp and run. Delete all files in that folder.
Step 3:Follow the above step by writing %temp% in the folders.
Step 4:Now delete all your history,caches and cookies.
If you want you can do this all by a single click but for that you're going to need a software called CCleaner. To download this software click here.
Once you download it run the setup and you're done.
